PlanePC is a manufacturer of rugged mobile computers and sunlight readable displays. Our staff has over 30 years of experience designing computers and displays for the military, petroleum and banking industries as well as the sport aviation market.
Our products are robust and cost effective because we “modify” commercial off the shelf (COTS) components as needed to ensure they will operate in the environment intended. We are well versed in the application of Regulatory Agency Requirements (UL60950, FCC Part 15, DO-160) and numerous Military Standards. We like to think our products have military durability but at much less cost.

All products are designed using modern state of the art computer aided design tools for exacting fit and repeatability and are developed within a structured development process which allows us to arrive at a quality product as the lowest possible cost. In addition to offering completed products we also contract out our engineering expertise to qualified customers to augment their business goals. If our current products do not meet your needs we may be able to modify the product or design an entirely new system.
